Things you will need to bring
1.) Yourself
You can not get a document notarized without showing up in person. You can not have your spouse, friend, or person other than yourself get a document notarized for you.
2.) Your completed Documents
Please bring all parts of the document you need notarized. If you are not sure if one page or another is needed bring it anyway's. Please have all documents filled out completely but do not sign it until you are in front of me.
3.) Valid Identification

You must have a valid and current Identification card. Acceptable identification is one of the following:

  • State issued Drivers's License
  • State issued Identification card
  • U.S. Passport
  • Foreign Passport (stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization service)
  • Military Service I. D. Card issued by the U.S. government
  • ID issued by the U.S. Government
  • Drivers license officially issued in Mexico or Canada
  • Alien registration card (acceptable only for notarization of INS forms)
.I am not an Attorney and, therefore, cannot give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matters. The maximum price charged per signature is set by the State of California at ten dollars ($10.00). Travel and other charges are separate.
